The Skills are used within the Salesforce Widget.

To pre-populate the search parameters, verify that вЂњDisable Modify Onload Search ParamsвЂќ checkbox is unchecked.

To enable the automatic search as the widget loads, verify that вЂњDisable On Load Auto SearchвЂќ checkbox is unchecked.

Select the relevant вЂњAvailable ObjectsвЂќ and click вЂњAddвЂќ to move them to the вЂњSelected ObjectsвЂќ side or вЂњRemoveвЂќ to remove them.

From the list of available objects, select those you would like to see in the widget.

This section sets out the Salesforce objects for which we would like the widget to search, according to data related to the visitor who initiated the chat/messaging conversation. Configuring the appД¬lick on the вЂњCustomization SettingsвЂќ tab. Note: When you click on вЂњDeactivate,вЂќ you will disable the use of the widget within the platform and stop all periodic sync processes with your account.

Back to Salesforce: Enter the 4 strings you got into the matching fields on our activation page: Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, and Access Token Secret.

Fill in the App Name: вЂњSFDC Integration,вЂќ Developer:вЂњLivePersonвЂќ and then make sure to select the following APIs on the list: вЂњDataвЂќ > вЂњEngagement HistoryвЂќ and вЂњAdministrationsвЂќ > вЂњSkillsвЂќ and click вЂњSave.вЂќ.

Go to вЂњAPIвЂќ Tab and click вЂњManageвЂќ and then вЂњNew.вЂќ.

Go to the Campaign Builder and search for the link вЂњData Sources.вЂќ.

вЂњStep 2: Oath Key SetupвЂќ вЂ“ For this part you will need your App Keys from your LivePerson Conversational Cloud account.

вЂњStep 1: Account InformationвЂќ вЂ“ Enter the relevant Account ID.

The first three check-boxes can have any value (true/false), however, the 4th вЂњ Enable clickjack protection for customer Visualforce pages with headers disabledвЂќ has to be disabled.

Make sure the settings are as follows (this is also Salesforce default state).

Choose вЂњSecurity ControlsвЂќ on the right-side menu, and then вЂњSession Settings.вЂќ.

You should therefore configure the following settings: Our widget includes our own Clickjacking Protection feature, that makes sure that the Visualforce pages of our app can only be opened by websites hosted on official LivePerson domains and servers, so your information is always safe. Verifying Clickjack setting is disabled for required Visualforce Pages

Make sure you have the Conversational Cloud application selected.

вЂњApprove Third-Party AccessвЂќ - The App will ask you to install вЂњRemote Site SettingsвЂќ, mark the checkbox вЂњYes, grant access to these third-party web sitesвЂќ and click continue, to allow communication to LivePerson Servers (this is mandatory for the app to work).Select 'Install for All Users,вЂќ click 'Install.' This guide sets out the steps to install, configure, and start working with the Conversational Cloud app for Salesforce. In addition, the app will include back-end setup that will allow the SFDC admin to customize the default settings for their organization.

The Conversational Cloud Salesforce Widget will allow SFDC information to be viewed inside the platform, as well as enabling records to be created and chat/messaging transcripts to be attached to them.
